Santa Claus Float in Manhattan Beach 2015
Santa Claus and his reindeer will visit Manhattan Beach neighborhoods. Here’s the schedule and online Santa Tracker.
Every year Santa Claus visits the streets of Manhattan Beach’s neighborhoods, allowing kids and a firsthand live experience with Jolly Saint Nick.
This year, the Santa Float is operated by the Kiwanis of Manhattan Beach, who’ve also launched the Manhattan Beach Kiwanis Santa Tracker.
The Santa Tracker can be used to find out where the Santa float is as it makes its nightly Monday through Friday rounds in the city.
The much-loved float, which brings Santa, his reindeer, and a variety of helpers to kids of all ages, began its route on Monday, Dec. 1 and is scheduled to conclude on Thursday, Dec. 17. The float travels scheduled routes to specific areas Monday through Friday nights beginning at 5 p.m. The schedule can be seen online here.
The float typically stops in the middle of a block so kids of all ages can visit with Santa.
The Santa float does not go out in the rain. Friday, Dec. 18 is being held as a potential rain make-up date.
